The Calling Workshop is a seven week faith based coaching program
This class this time around is for married couples who have a passion for more.
More for:
- Their marriage
- Their Church
- Their businesses
- and for the dreaming seekers!
Each of us is uniquely created for a purpose.
- Some of us are in our purpose right now but may be feeling stuck or even bored.
- Some know the Lord is prodding and directing but for some reason you are holding back.
- Still, others have no idea what the right direction may be for this season of their lives, and that's OK too!
What it is:
The Calling: This workshop is experiential learning that supports transformation. Every person or couple in the workshop is on their own path yet "working" together in community. Each person can have a different vision or the couple can work out one together and this makes it quite fun!
What it is not:
The material is was written by a Christian based on scriptural principles, however this is not a Bible study. There are no right answers and you do not need to know the Bible well. This is not a church group activity. People in the class have been from all over the region. Some in the faith, some new to the faith and some unclear where they stand with God.

- Couples who wanted to create a vision for their marriage.

Who are the facilitators?
As certified coaches we are thrilled to offer this 7 week coaching program. Together we own ReGeneration Therapy Counseling Coaching in Chaplin, CT with offices in Eastford and Putnam. As CT natives we were born and raised in Milford. We were married in 1980 and have two beautiful grown daughters. We look forward to facilitating "new" ways of being that will bring you into the life you envision for yourself, your family, your church or business.
cost:
The workshop is $500 per couple. We understand this is a huge investment for some. Yet we know having taken similar classes, retreats, training's and coaching ourselves that significant change requires investment and skin in the game! This is seven impactful weeks of meeting on Tuesday evening with home work, journal writing and support calls in between.
There is an early bird discount of $50 if you sign up by March 4th.
We ask for payment in full up front. This encourages commitment to the entire workshop process and finishing well. If for some reason you have to miss more than one class due to emergencies you are welcome to join the workshop the next time it runs. We will be voice recording the class.

Master mind pastors group:
Currently we are gathering information as to how we can best serve Pastors. Our experience in working with pastors has been two fold. We have offered our Calling class to pastors and their wives and witnessed tremendous growth and change for them and their churches.
On the other end we work with Pastors and missionaries who have suffered from sin, broken marriages and failing ministries. A Master mind group will be a tremendous resource addressing the emotional, relational and administration side of being a Pastor. How to balance the calling with family, how much to ask of family, when to take a step away and hire someone and how to stay connected with the Lord through it all.
