Elizabeth Flanagan, Ph.D.
Elizabeth Flanagan, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist. She has over 20 years’ experience treating and assessing people with mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, abortion recovery, LGBTQI+ issues, and racism/discrimination. She treats tweens, teens, adults, and seniors.
She is a specialist in CBT and DBT techniques, and also works on resolving and healing deeper issues. If desired, she can work from a Christian perspective and with all clients respects their spiritual beliefs and search for meaning in life.
In addition to therapy she also provides diagnostic evaluations, court evaluations, clinical supervision, consultation, research, and evaluation. She is on the faculty of the Yale School of Medicine providing training and clinical supervision to psychology fellows in their APA approval psychology internship program.
Elizabeth is accepting new clients for telehealth or as needed in person in her office in Madison. She is credentialed with Husky/Medicaid, Anthem, Optum/United Healthcare, Cigna, and Medicare.
